Since 1982, Charlie has provided strategic support to corporate clients who have relied on him for buying, selling, succession and exit planning consultation. Since founding the firm he has been instrumental in guiding advisory clients on matters of value creation and liquidity.

Tim Lewis, Managing Director

Tim's career includes banking, consulting and executive leadership positions with private and public companies. A Cornell University graduate, he has an MBA and CPA license. He brings his M&A and strategic planning experience to assist clients in maximizing organizational intrinsic value to achieve their goals whether by organic growth, acquisition or divestiture.

Eric Nass, Managing Director

Eric's career experience includes M&A, corporate finance, strategic planning and corporate development in both the corporate world, with GE and MBNA, and as a principal in a middle market M&A advisory and strategic growth consulting firm. Eric is also very active in his community.
